Accommodation fees are for a 4-night package covering the dates of November 6-10, 2024. VAT is not included in the accommodation fees. An additional 10% VAT and 2% accommodation tax will be added to the accommodation costs.
Participants who do not book accommodation through the organization secretariat and who do not stay at the congress hotels provided by the secretariat must pay an additional daily external participation fee of 150 EUR + 20% VAT to access the congress center and avail of hotel services from 09:00 to 18:00 during the dates of November 6-10, 2024. Participants who do not pay this fee will not be allowed entry to the congress center.
Invictus Tourism reserves the right to reflect any changes in taxes, fees, and charges that may arise. The agency also reserves the right to cancel any accommodation requests that have not been fully paid.
Note: 10% VAT and a 2% accommodation tax will be added to all the prices mentioned above.

VAT is not included in the transfer fees. The VAT rate is 20%. Individual and special transfer requests will be budgeted separately. Transfer details must be communicated in writing to the Invictus Congress officials at least one week before the start of the congress. All accommodation and transfer payments must be made to the INVICTUS CONGRESS account numbers provided below during the meeting.
